  • We charge $3/mile for delivery from our location in Johnsburg, IL Please keep in mind that these rates can go up if a Uhaul rental is required.

    If you have requested a custom installation, our delivery + install fees are 35% of your order total. Delivery address must be within 25 miles of Johnsburg, IL.

  • We try our best to accommodate last minute requests. However, some dates are popular and can book out far in advance. We highly recommend booking as soon as you have your event date set.

  • YAY! You’re ready to book. Be sure to submit our inquiry form and we will be in touch 24-48 hours with a customizable proposal. Once received, you will be able to select your options to obtain a real time quote. In order to reserve your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit fee is required. Once your deposit has been received, you are on our calendar and we can discuss any additional event details, send over color options and go over timelines, etc.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The rest of your payment is due a week before your event.

  • Our balloons can last weeks or longer, if properly stored. Balloons are at their best indoors in a cool/dry space away from direct sunlight/heat, children, pets, sharp objects, etc. If installed outdoors, covered/shaded areas are best (especially during the summer months).

  • Absolutely! Most pick-ups are 1-2 days before the event, as long as your balloons are stored in a cool/dry area away from direct sunlight, children, pets, & sharp objects they should last a long time.

  • We only work with the highest quality latex and foil mylar balloons on the market. Our natural rubber latex balloons are 100% biodegradable. We also advocate smart balloon practices; keep balloons secure and weighted, do not release in the air, and properly dispose of balloons once they are popped or deflated.

  • I typically require an hour MINIMUM for installation. Depending on the scope of the job, one hour may not be enough. Larger jobs take approximately 2-3 hours.

  • We do charge a fee for any event requiring a strikedown of balloons and/or props & rentals. Most rentals will need to be picked up by Party & Pop Co. Some rentals can be returned by the client within the time specified in your contract to eliminate the strikedown fees.
